Our policy lasts 15 working days. If 15 working days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Worn, washed and torn goods and / or without the original receipt or packaging cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Returns for exchange requests (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your request for exchange.

If approved, your request will be processed, and your selected exchange items will be arranged to be sent to your postal address indicated with your selected courier method (please note that separate shipping / courier fees applies).

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over SGD $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

International shipments:
Sorry we cannot offer merchandise exchanges on orders shipped internationally apart from Malaysia & Singapore. Where applicable, international exchange / refunds may include duties, taxes and tariffs when sent with this form.

Late or missing exchange (if applicable)

If you haven’t received the exchange goods, please contact us at customer-care@vipazana.com.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items are non-returnable / non-exchangeable.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and of equivalent value.  If you need to exchange it for the same item or other item(s) of the equivalent value, send us an email on your request at customer-care@vipazana.com.

For exchanges that have higher value than the returned goods / purchases, you agree to pay or bear the difference in price / value via your selected payment method.

Om Shanti will provide a return/refund for any damaged or defective items as long as any claims are placed within 5 days of the item being received.
